About Us
The Ready! Set! School! Program helps to prepare your child for the transition to formal schooling while setting a strong foundation for their future academic success. We develop skills for school and beyond. Our classes have been developed for children aged 3-5 years old. Our aim is to assist and prepare all children to have a smooth transition from preschool into Kindergarten.
The program aims to bridge the gap between early learning experiences and primary school expectations. It has been specifically designed to engage children with fun learning experiences which will set them up to become confident and positive learners and support their interests.
This program has been developed by Lisa Rizk, a highly experienced Primary School Teacher with over 20 years of teaching experience in Primary Schools and Early Education Facilities. Lisa is a mother of three boys and has completed a Bachelor Degree in Education and a Masters Degree. She has focused much of her career on working with preschoolers and children in infants in Primary schools.
Class times:
West Pennant Hills – Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday: 9am (drop off) to 11.45am (pick up)
Kellyville – Friday : 9am (drop off) to 11.45am (pick up)

Ready! Set! School! is an amazing program that has allowed my daughter to continue developing her confidence and self-esteem including social and emotional wellbeing as they are given ample opportunity to play with other children and interact with their peers or work on their own. Lisa and the educators pay significant attention to fine motor skills, literacy and numeracy which is taught in an engaging and age appropriate way to the children.
My daughter absolutely loves attending Ready! Set! School! and this is a credit to Lisa and the educators as they have created a safe, nurturing and caring environment for the children. My daughter especially loves the art and craft which Lisa delivers in a creative way to ensure the children develop and build on their knowledge of literacy and numeracy. This truly is a great program that allows your child to transition from preschool into kindergarten and develop lifelong skills.

Ready Set School has been so good for Elissa and her fine motor skills have improved so much since beginning here. The care and attention that Lisa and her team put into each child shows through the good quality work that they do and the bright smiles on all the kids’ faces.
